Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Apache Sanitation Services Inc. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our garbage collection services.
2. Service Description
Apache Sanitation Services Inc. provides garbage collection services to residential customers. The standard service includes the provision of up to a 96-gallon garbage bin on wheels.
3. Payment and Billing
Customers agree to pay the specified quarterly fee for the chosen service plan. Payments are due on the billing date listed on the invoice, and a late fee of 20% will be applied to payments received after this date. If not paid on the due date, your service will be suspended until paid. If after 30 days you have not paid, your service will be terminated.
4. Bin Lease and Maintenance
Customers are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the bins. Any damage caused by misuse will be subject to additional charges.
5. Service Schedule
Garbage pickup will occur 1-2 times a month or weekly depending on your plan. Customers are required to have their bins accessible for pickup at the location decided upon on the scheduled day.
6. Extra Garbage and Additional Fees
Customers producing extra garbage beyond the capacity of the provided bin(s) may incur additional fees. It is the customer's responsibility to manage waste within the specified bin limits. If you have extra, please contact us so arrangements can be made.
7. Service Suspension or Termination
Apache Sanitation Services Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the company.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their garbage is properly bagged, tied and placed within the provided bins. Hazardous waste, construction debris, concrete chunks, blocks, bricks, rocks, gravel and large items must not be placed in the bins.
9. Changes to Service
Apache Sanitation Services Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Apache Sanitation Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
